Formed in April 1993, SATANIC INDUSTRIES LTD. (S.I.L.) also features guitarist Goody, who has traveled the planet many times over working in various capacities as a guitar tech, tour, stage and production manager and as a soundman with bands such as SEPULTURA, SACRED REICH, FLOTSAM AND JETSAM, and BIOHAZARD.

In 2001, Jay Jay and S.I.L. returned to the studio with new drummer Rich Contadino, who had previously worked for Dreamworks as an animation artist on movies such as "Spirit". The result was the "Going to Church" CD on RATT singer Stephen Pearcy's Top Fuel Records.
